Chi was founded by HL Shook in 2004. Inspired by her love for dogs
and her best friends Haley and LuLu, Heather has used her design
background to start LuLu Chi.
The company, LuLu Chi, was named after her one year old pug "LuLu Chi". Heather's designs are inspired by her love for hot vibrant metallic colors. As you will see, this is reflected in her new designer line of collars, dog clothes, and carriers. LuLu Chi is committed to bring you a high level of customer service. We strive for quality and fresh new designs to help you give your customers great satisfaction. This fall, Heather is releasing a new family of designer products using the metallic color theme. Her goal is to give you new, different and "one of a kind" products.
